Hey everyone, this is Mary Demuth and this is Pray Every Day, where I pray you through the Bible

verse by verse. We are walking through the book of Revelation. And I know some of you are like,

I don't want to listen to this, but it's so good and it promises a blessing if you listen to it.

So I challenge you to listen. And will I know all the interpretations? No.

People have been working on that for thousands of years and I don't know. I have read it and I have

studied it, but I don't know all of the answers. But I do know that there is a blessing in there.

And I do love the fact that someday every knee will bow, every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord

to the glory of God the Father. I do know that death will be eradicated. I do know that the

enemy of our souls be thrown into the lake of fire. So these are really good, this is good news.

Today I'm reading from Revelation chapter 2 verses 1 through 17, and this is what it says in the world English Bible, to the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write,

He who holds the seven stars in his right hand, he who walks among the seven golden lampstand says these things.

I know your works and your toil and perseverance and that you can't tolerate evil

men and have tested those who call themselves apostles and they are not and found them false.

You have perseverance and have endured for my namesake and have not grown weary, but I have

this against you, that you have left your first love.

Remember, therefore, from where you have fallen and repent and do the first works, or else I am

coming to you swiftly, and will move your lampstand out of this place unless you repent.

But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolations, which I also hate.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the spirit says to the assemblies.

To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of my God.

To the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write, the first and the last who was dead and has

come to life says these things. I know your works, oppression, and your poverty, but you are rich,
