their lives, their kitchens, and their inspiring careers. Today, I'm talking to Mariana Velasquez.

Marianna's new book is titled Revel, a maximalist's guide to having people over, and it's filled

with Marianna's lush approach to life. There are gorgeous recipes and dreamy tablescapes,

all photographed by the amazing gentle and hires. Mariana joins me in just a minute to talk about

her new book and all the creativity that went into it, but also how the end of her marriage impacted

the process. With just a week left before the manuscript deadline, she had to rewrite parts of the book

to reflect her new reality. Those of you who attended Jubilee the other week heard Marianna's
