I think it'll be no surprise for me to tell you this, but one of the major impacts in

the guest booking process is reviews, social proof, word of mouth.

And this is one of the reasons why TripAdvisor grew so quickly between 2010 or 2018.

And this is another one of the reasons why Airbnb and Booking.com, now Google, really

emphasise on the review part and it majorly impacts how you rank on this search.

Now, when you bear all that in mind, there's one mistake that I see hosts just like you

make time and time and time again, and this is one thing that Boosley is trying to do

to rectify that.
