The Loonies, how's it going?

There you go, excited to have you guys on.

So for those that don't know, the Loonies are Flippers in Orange County.

They have some self-storage units and they're doing a lot of cool stuff, so I'm really excited to have you guys on.

Yeah, so I guess I want to start off with you guys do luxury flips in Orange County,

which is probably one of the most riskiest things to do.

Super risky because, you know, dealing with these multi-million dollar buyers these

multi-million dollar constructions is a lot of risk like how do you guys I guess tell me about that how did you guys get into flipping luxury houses?

Yeah so I guess first off I like to take risk.

I think you have to like that to some extent to get into flipping in general.

But we started kind of, you know, when we first got into flipping, we flipped where we could, so we flipped

in Southern California. We live in Orange County. We look for deals wherever we could, you know,

surrounding counties. We did a

flip two hours away in Palm Springs. At one point we had flipping Palm Springs, I flipped in

LA, a flipping Orange County. I was driving this big triangle.

I was just wasting all my time and all my gas money getting there.

So we ended up making the life decision as a couple of that.

We just have a better quality of life if we flipped just in our backyard in Orange County

where the numbers are bigger but where our quality of life would be better.

But we're born and raised there. We know the people there really well.
