0:16.0	And I'm Stephanie Ruhl and welcome to an MS Now special report revealed inside the Epstein files.
0:22.2	Tonight, we're going to try and make sense of the millions of Epstein documents that were released by Donald Trump's Justice Department.
0:29.0	That includes over three million separate documents just released on January 30th.
0:34.9	The Justice Department had to do this because of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
0:39.3	Now, the Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law that was passed by Congress and signed in November by Donald Trump.
0:47.0	MS now has also obtained a letter that was sent by Trump's Justice Department to members of Congress
0:51.7	confirming that they will, in fact, be allowed to view
0:55.5	the Epstein files without redactions.
0:58.3	Big news.
0:58.9	That's a very big deal.
1:00.2	And that's starting on Monday.
1:01.6	The files are going to be available to lawmakers in a reading room at the DOJ headquarters,
1:06.3	but it comes with some strings.
1:08.5	Absolutely.
1:08.9	Reading room.
1:09.4	These files are not getting out.
1:11.4	The letter sent by Assistant Attorney General Patrick Davis states the following.
1:16.2	No outside electronic devices will be allowed in the reading room.
1:19.9	Members may take notes.
1:21.5	Members must abide by all applicable legal restrictions regarding the dissemination of any information reviewed.
1:28.2	We are confident that this review will further demonstrate the department's good faith work
