Disregard, if you've already heard this, and you don't feel like listening to it again, I guess.

But I'm a little late, it's been about a week or so, I've been pretty busy since it happened,

but I wanted to rerun an episode with previous guest of ours who tragically passed away.

Passed away, I just said. I just heard myself saying that, and I was like, you know what? I don't think Steve Albini would mind if I say he died because he was a cool guy with a sense

of humor and shit.

He died last week and there was a discourse about it and everything and everyone was sharing

memories and celebrating his work and the like.

And it occurred to me to re-listen to this episode because I remember him being extremely

cogent to talk to.

So I re-listened to it and I thought, you know what?

I'm going to go ahead and run it again in case we have any new listeners.

We're going around for it because I think it's quite

worthwhile.

We talked about some things that were going on at the time in the music industry regarding

Spotify and boycotts and Joe Rogan and stuff like that, but the conversation from

there went to other places and was able to get extremely interesting and, uh,

and go to some,

really illuminating places because albini just had the mind of a fucking cyborg and

you could ask him anything and he would give you paragraphs and paragraphs and paragraphs
