It is another Winky Wednesday.

We are still in sort of a semi-regular mode here,

while I deal with my young

Leo my young child who's got explosive yellow poop right now and that's that's my

life and but getting back to work and getting back into the swing of things I think next week we're going to roll back into the four per week and start heading towards training camp and then into the regular season where I'm going to be doing this five times per week.

Lockdown 49ers is going to be daily very soon for you guys. So thanks

everybody who has been giving me much love about being a new Papa, very proud

and having great. Leo got his first mail today which is very exciting. He's got a

social security number and everything and so he's officially documented human now and

so that's all very exciting stuff but since it's Wednesday that means today's guest is Nick Winkler. I'm going to
