We're gonna push back the NFC West stuff to next week

because there's too much happening around the NFL

today to get into that kind of stuff.

So we're gonna hear from Judge Clippin in San Jose

who ruled on the Rubin Foster case, best case scenario probably

for Rubin Foster in this case.

So we're going to get into all that what the charges remain for him in this case and then other news around the

league in the NFL there's new rules involving the national anthem. The

owners got together made a controversial ruling there so we're gonna get to some of that and if there's time at the end of the show

maybe here from Kyle Shanahan who spoke about O TAs. But really the big story today is all

Rubin Foster and it looks like he's coming back to practice with the 49ers in Santa Clara very soon.
