It's me, John, back in the studio.

Very nice studio that Edwin has set up for me.

He's right off camera, you can't see him, but he's the reason everything looks as cool and shiny and working wellingly as it is.

But I'm back after a week off, which I'm sure I'll have more to say about that.

But before all of that and all the news, obviously, because there's a lot happening, the Dems have caved, who's surprised. Jared Jackson is back. J.R. How's it going? What's going on, John? Hey, the people missed you, bro. They missed you. And, you know, I'm, although the fort was held down, I see you've cleaned yourself up, you look relaxed, Nothing's stressing you at all. You avoided the news.

But luckily, we're back on the best damn day of the week. It's Monday.

Yeah. I'm glad you guys have showed up to hang out with us. John is ready to go, bro. I've been hearing-

I am. I have kind of cleaned myself up. Did I rest during the break? I don't know. I spent a lot of time

with my daughter, which is a form of rest. I don't know how much rest there was, but it was a

very fun time. Did I disconnect from the news? Well, I wanted to make sure that I follow the

news just enough to send pitches to our producers while I wasn't on the show of stuff that they almost certainly were either already going to cover or already had covered.

But I just wanted to be involved, you know.

And also you say that people miss me, but I don't know, the channel did pretty well while I was gone.

So maybe I shouldn't have come back.

John, as a producer, primarily for a very long number of years with the main show, a host

sending in stories when they're not going to be here is something we don't want to hear from.

But sometimes, I'm not sure they would have seen it.

Mike, there were some I sent that you hadn't seen, right? He shook his head, no. I don't know. Mike is a troll. That's what you need to know about Mike.

Anyway, I'm still going to do it. But also, yeah, I'm very thankful to everybody for being awesome,
