and of course the man of the hour Ralph Nader who is on the road promoting his new book David I think we

officially come to the point where Ralph has written more books than I have actually read in my life

The book is called Return to Ascender, which is published by Seven

Stories Press. David, tell us what the nation said about the book.

The Nation magazine says of Ralph Nader's unanswered letters to the president,

his critiques of US policy are sharp, impassioned,

and true to democratic principles,

if only Bush and Obama had bothered to listen.

So Ralph, you were at Barnes & Noble last night with your first book signing in New York City and Union Square.

How did that go?

Well, it was a full house and these were activists

let's face it they're very concerned about the direction the countries going

into the political surrender to Wall Street the suppression of known solutions that have been

on the shelf for years, whether it's energy, health care, housing, transportation,

waging peace, efficient government, proper allocation of public budgets, repairing America.

You know, the awareness level and the public opinion polls of the American people are way ahead of what the politicians are holding us back on and

that is a source of optimism.

So you don't really have to convince the American people that we've got to get a higher minimum wage that we need full Medicare for all free choice of doctor and hospital everybody in nobody out much more efficient you don't have to convince them that this corruption
