Hello and welcome to another episode of the Fully Charged Show Podcast. This is going

to be a solo episode, and one of the reasons I'm doing this is because there's so much

news in the worlds of electric vehicles and renewable energy and clean technology and

the enormous energy transition that's taking place around the world. It's kind of difficult

to keep up with the various conversations we're having, even at the live shows, where we

have amazing panels and everything. We're still only just scratching the surface of this

enormous topic. So I thought it was worth going through. I've got a little collection

of stories that have been able to fit in anywhere else, which I think are really interesting

and worth highlighting. Some of them are going to counter the prevailing narrative that

electric cars don't work. They're only for rich people and there's no way to charge

them. Some of them are too, but look at the ways that this transition is painful and difficult

and complex and is going to take quite a long time. But it's happening. I'm going to say this

A lot of people have. Our numbers are going up very encouragingly. We've just passed a

million subscribers on the Fully Charged Show on YouTube, which is very, very gratifying.

It's taken 13 years. It's not exactly been blistering overnight success, but we did get there.

And so we're really thrilled about that and the show is going from strength to strength.

There's some amazing episodes coming up soon. Some we've already filmed somewhere about to

go and film, which is really exciting. So there's the team behind the Fully Charged Show really

driven at the moment. They're very ready to go because everyone's kind of had a little boost
