Happy Labor Day to everybody out there.

I did double check with my producer, Jared, before we started the show.

If that was an okay thing to say.

Yeah, this is not one of those occasions where you have a dignified, solemn,

day of remembrance for labor.

Well, Jared, it blows me away.

And I don't know if this is just something now with social media,

but people live to get bent out of shape about the way other people greet them on these holidays.

You're supposed to say it like this.

So I was sitting here and all of a sudden it dawned on me right before the show started.

I'm thinking, am I going to get canceled if I say happy Labor Day?

But Jared informed me, no, this one's cool.

We can be casual about this.

We can just, you know, happy, happy Labor Day to everybody.
