How you doing Jay? How you been? I'm good. Literally just put up like literally just put up a bunch

of icicle lights and rain inside. I was like, I gotta go! It's the poster rain here for like,

I don't know, I looked at the weather forecast and it just says rain. Like as far as you can see

in a weather forecast, it's not, it's not. No breaks, no days off of rain. It basically says 50%

chance of rain every day for the next however long. Do you guys know by Christmas or is that

like out of the question? Like 80% of the time we just get like flurries and it'll stay. You get

like an inch or two and it'll stay like a day or two and then it goes away. But we don't have

extreme temperatures typically in Portland. It usually doesn't get over hot in the summer. Sometimes

it doesn't has last few years and it doesn't usually get below freezing for too long. It kind of

stays between the like 30 to 85 or 90 range. But every so often we have snowpocalypse here and

everything shuts down. Oh yeah. I think the last few years, you know, both on the hot end and the

cold end we've had like snow for multiple days and that's been, you know, that's abnormal for here

for sure. Yeah. Rain is definitely normal but it doesn't pour here. It's just kind of like

piddly. Yeah. Yeah. How about you where you're at? Does it does it pour or does it? We don't get
