Mark, we haven't spoken since the Federal Reserve meeting.

And as you had guessed way back when last week, when in the middle of a financial banking

anxiety attack, you said, ah, they're still going to go a quarter of a point.

You really were very sure and look, you were right, a quarter of a percentage point is

what they did, 4.75 to 5% is amazing actually.

When you think about it, do you know that just over a year ago, I looked this up.

March 16th, 2022, that was the first rate increase.

So in just over a year, we've gone from zero to almost 5%.

It's shocking, right?

Quite the acceleration, but I did, yeah, I thought that they had to raise it.

They had to continue raising it because if they didn't, it was just kind of bad obvious.

I think that would have been interpreted in a very bad way.

Yeah.

Well, listen, in their comments, they said that the banking system is secure.

Of course, you'd expect that when they asked about regulation and supervision, my favorite

comment was like Jerome Powell's like, well, that's not, I'm not doing that, but someone's

doing that.

And he said, essentially, Silicon Valley bank failure of bank management, nothing else.

I think also a failure in regulation, I have to be honest and supervision.

Come on.
