what's your opinion of New Year's Eve? My opinion of New Year's Eve is I will be

on the couch by seven o'clock. And what will we be watching on Netflix? I think, oh, you

know what's going to be back at that time? Jack Ryan's going to be back. So I'll be watching

Jack Ryan. Oh, on Amazon, you believe. Okay. Well, I hate New Year's Eve. I used to

call it amateur hour, meaning you have to go out with all the knuckleheads who are celebrating,

and they're not used to going. So it's like staying home is a very good thing. And we actually

have had like some really wonderful stay at home New Year's Eve. So I'm good with that,

and I hope as always to be in bed by nine o'clock, because that's how I roll here in my big style

social life that I have. All right, today we are going far, far from New York. We're going all

the way to the middle of the country. We are talking to Clara, who is somewhere in the Midwest.

what are we helping you out with today, Clara? Well, I am approaching retirement. I will be

turning 65 next June, June 2023, when I will be able to go on Medicare. And I will have a five

year period before I start collecting my social security and my defined benefit pension.

I need to figure out my withdrawal strategy for that five year period from both

pre-taps with retirement accounts, as well as liquid savings that I have on hand.
