Sheikh, Dr. Yasser Qadhi is a renowned Muslim scholar and theologian.

After graduating in chemical engineering from the University of Houston, he spent a decade

at the Islamic University of Medina where he completed a diploma in Arabic,

bachelor's in Hadith Studies and a master's in Islam theology. He later

earned a PhD from Yale University, focusing on his dissertation on the works of Ibn Thémy.

Dr. Fadi is currently the dean of the Islamic Seminary of America and a resident scholar

at the East Plano Islamic Center and has previously served as dean of Al-Mongreb Institute

and taught in the

Religious Studies Department at Rhodes College. And Dr. Yassahadi has recently released a book

titled Understanding Salafism Seeking the Path of the Pious predecessor, which has been the

fastest selling Islamic book on one word in terms of its pre-sell and post-release sales. So appreciate your time on the show,
