off and just say, by the way, thank you, thank you, thank you. First of all, the podcast is growing

quite a lot. And second of all, the engagement from you all. It means that all of you are coming back

week after week, so you're subscribing. You're all coming back week after

week and really enjoying everything. And you're staying through the end, which is fantastic.

Actually, I looked at all your favorites because I wanted to know because I want to do more.

And it was self-improvement change, real life experience that I have had. And again, those are things I love

talking about. You know, I love to lay my life bare. And today, it's that time of year. It's that

dreadful time of year coming. Of course, Sergio wants to do the next podcast with me, and I'm sure he will

for Valentine's Day. But we're almost there.

So for some of you or many of you, I think Valentine's Day is probably extremely scary.

People going through divorce, I suppose if you've been married a long time, sometimes it's the

first time you've been alone for a very

long time. And again, it's that time of year that I feel that the world sort of shoves it down
