We did an episode a few months ago now called Not Ready for Kids, where we talked about how a lot of women these days are in their 30s, but just not feeling organically ready for kids, but feeling like they should be ready for kids because it's that kind of time.

And it's really gotten me started to re-question everything we think about health and

female health in particular.

And one of the things that I can speak about personally from my own life experience is about

I think it's so important in this moment now to re-question everything we think we know.

It's important to drag everything up for a view and say, is this definitely true? Is all the

stuff that we think is normal, is right, is healthy, is good? Is that going to be the way forever?

Or is there something else going on?

And I know that with periods, we get told the normal narrative is a healthy period, lost this amount of time. It's supposed to come once a month, roughly every 28 days, and there is something wrong with you

hormonally on a physical body level if that doesn't happen.
