Rachel, thank you for being here.

Thank you for having me.

What a tough topic to tackle.

I mean, how long were you working on this?

I was researching it for about eight years, but the actual writing was very quick.

I think in retrospect, I think I was putting off the writing because it was so difficult

and I just kept researching and researching and researching because I wrote the book in

probably six months just in a zone.

That must be what I was doing was endless research to put off the hard part and then finally

at some point I just couldn't put it off anymore.

Well, the research really comes through both the stories and also just the data, which

I don't think most people are aware of.
