Let's turn to Luke chapter 16.

Last time we looked at Luke 15 and the prodigal son and the elder brother.

And tonight we move into the next chapter, verses 1 to 13 of chapter 16.

And then my first question is going to be whether you see any relationships between

this and what went before in chapter 15 in the parable of the prodigal son. Jesus said also to the

disciples, there was a rich man who had a steward and charges were brought to him that this man was wasting his goods.

And he called him and said to him, what is this that I hear about you?
