It, of course, is the best money spent in the business.

Greg, and we've talked about a lot of these dailies and talked about a lot over the last few days.

But one thing I don't think we talked about enough maybe is Jaron Stevenson announced he's coming back to Carolina.

And I titled this sort of retention continuity in Jaron Stevenson.

Obviously the talent of the player coming back is important.

The continuity aspect, I think, in this day and age is a big deal too.

It is for sure.

And we have had that conversation previously, Tommy.

And there's really two components to this.

One is when you have a coaching staff in place,

you want to be able to have some linchpins from year to year.

This past year for Hubert Davis, of course,

Seth Trimble was the primary guy in that regard.

Of course, you had James Brown and Zayden High as well.

But you need somebody or a couple guys who understand what it is that you want and what you expect

and what the culture is and how chemistry is building in the locker room and all those things.
