going to be talking about like all things retention. And I think this is so important. And I think

this topic never gets old because even if you've been lashing for 10 years, there's times when you

are going to battle it out with retention. And I recently had this experience at our salon.

And one of the last artists honestly felt like it was her

and I know that it was like affecting her self-confidence.

I just want you guys to know that if you are experiencing retention issues,

please do not devalue yourself.

Do not throw in the towel.

Honestly, it happens to all of us. So I just want you guys to literally listen to this, listen to me.

I have literally been in this business. Oh my goodness, since 2012 is when I started lashing.

And basically, I was self-tataught and I have owned multiple salons

and I've seen literally everything. Please do not beat yourself up. Please do not want to switch your

career. There are ways to literally combat your retention and there is a process of elimination.

So I'm just going to go over some key points for you guys. And honestly, if you

still have watched or listened to this and you're still really, really battling it out with
