1:00.0 | And I was like, actually, we've wanted to do a bad with money episode about that for a long time. So welcome. |

1:10.0 | So what is your background exactly? |
1:13.0 | Yeah. So my entire career has basically been in education nonprofit education space. |
1:20.0 | I did my master's at teachers college, Columbia, masters in higher education, so basically studying the American higher education system. |
1:27.0 | And after I graduated, I started working at Columbia in undergraduate career development, which is basically a fancy way of saying the campus career center. |
1:35.0 | So I was there for three years, essentially working with Columbia undergrad students helping them figure out what they want to do with their lives. |
1:42.0 | After college outside of Columbia, I've also been running a nonprofit kind of a family nonprofit based in New Jersey called Dorsen Community. |
1:50.0 | I now run with my husband and we work with low income first-gen students of color primarily on college and career readiness. |
1:59.0 | So see, I've been very much into education nonprofit space and then also have my other job as two black girls one rose podcaster. |
2:07.0 | So always very busy. I'm very much a hustler, very entrepreneurial. So one thing I do. |
