accomplished with it. We have war-torn parts of the world that literally it's war-torn

because people can't provide for themselves and the number one reason people can't provide for themselves is

water is life and the water's not there.

But it could be.

If you go and you look at historical settlements, you can look for instance cross what today is a Sahara Desert and you can

find that there are places that thousands of years ago had 600,000 people living in them.

600,000 people when there was no wheel, there were no what we think of as modern roads how do you

have 600,000 people living in the middle of a desert when you don't have modern

transportation techniques and things like that the The answer, you don't.

You simply don't, which means at one time these places were green.
