today's kind of a special day we're in my barn right now

and so we're on location and we had uh man a great guy I've got to meet him a few

different times hang out with him spend some time at the river and and it's just a

really really good individual and he's actually running for state rep so Troy

Kribbins is here with us today Troy just a little bit let's. Let's background. Let's go background right off the bat. Good morning, Trent. Thank you so much for having me out here. What a great place. If I was going to hang out in a barn, this is it. This is the one. You know, I don't know how far you want me to go back. I was born in Myrtle Point and the hospital that was no longer a hospital.

And if you want to talk about feeling old, drive by that and go, wow.

All right.

So it was born there.

You know, my grandparents had a place in bridge.

I think it's still called Cribbon's Corner.

It is.

And then my parents, though, subsequently moved to Eugene when I was still young and then to Portland.

And I was raised up in the Portland area.

Come down here every summer.

Spend my summers in Bridge.

Formative years of my childhood.

Those are some of my fondest memories growing up.

I do remember, though, it was funny. I would come down and the first thing my grandmother would say to me is,

now, I need you to be nice to everybody because you're probably related to them. I was just a kid.
