| 1:05.5 | With nocturnal leg jerks you're going to sometimes get an increased heart rate, you're |
| 1:10.3 | going to get increased breathing and you're usually going to wake up. |
| 1:12.9 | This usually is a magnesium deficiency. |
| 1:15.3 | If you have this, start taking magnesium and also start increasing weaker greens because |
