How I've missed y'all how I've missed y'all and this recent period I just took has been so restorative and so amazing and so great and I can't wait to tell you guys all about it and what the Lord has shown me about rest and even just some other things here and there that he showed me in my

resting period that I feel called to share about and I'm so excited. If this is

your first time listening to this podcast, my name is Emmie Moore I am the host of this

podcast and this is save not soft and why this is called save not sauce is

because this is not a soft journey this is hard it's a narrow walk and this podcast is to help

you navigate what that walk with Christ looks like to give you relatability, to give you encouragement and words that are edifying,
