Today I wanted to remind us that we will feel most rested, grounded, rooted in places where our love is present, right?

Present for self, for our environment, for who we are, for who's around us.

You understand?

Legally, I've just been loving sleep.

You know, it feels so good to sleep and wake up and actually feel rested.

You know, when we feel rested, we slow down and we don't allow the world to depict our pace, but you know, we're moving on our own inner rhythm and I feel rested when I do this.

I feel rested when I am in alignment, which you know, I feel rested when I talk and I

listen and I have that inner conversation, you know, what myself we all do.

I think that algorithms, you know, shape our behavior way too much and we know it, but I think we forget it.

I think that algorithms also turn our spirits into slave shops.

You know, a lot of the creators out there, you know, we feel the need to, you know, continue to post, to post, to post because if you don't,

the algorithm will like basically throw you in the trash bin.

But you have to be very careful.

You don't turn your spirit into a slave shop and that you do the things that you need to do to nurture yourself and

understand. That's why I've been having a slower pace lately, you know, taking more time, realizing, oh, it's time to

vibe out my home.

I've been living like a rapper on tour for like two months.

No lie, just been going at it, you know, the crib is empty, you know, my meals have been quick.

And because they used to tour with like rappers and stuff, I kind of know how they lived.

You know, mine is like the drugs and all that.

I don't do all that stuff, but I was like, nah, let's take the time

to re-nourish our foundation because that's number one, right?
