Summary

Michael Ball was born in Selma, Alabama. He was raised mostly in Colombia, South Carolina. He loved tennis, baseball and playing saxophone growing up. He attended and graduated from Auburn University. He went to work for Chick-Fil-A at fifteen years old. He was on a delivery when he met the owner of McAlister’s Deli, George McAlister who recruited him to work for McAlister’s Deli. He had a great career at McAlister’s Deli where he worked his way up to Regional Manager. He then worked at Cracker Barrel as a General Manager for three years. He was presented with an opportunity to become an Operating Partner of Liberty Tap Room where he continued to learn a great deal and gain valuable experience. As his position required a large time commitment and he had a growing family that needed more and more of his time, he was recruited away to work for Chick-Fil-A as a Senior Business Director for five years. He connected with George McAlister again who was starting a restaurant chain called Vicious Biscuit. Michael accepted a position as Chief Operating Officer. He has worked there now for over four years. They have experienced dramatic growth and just opened their first franchise location in Akron, Ohio.
