0:18.0	Well, several years ago, I visited the Navy Seal Base on Coronado Island
0:23.0	and was invited by one of the instructors to negotiate the Navy Seal Obstacle Course.
0:29.0	And I did it.
0:30.0	So for several grueling minutes, I was leaping over logs and climbing up walls and swinging on ropes.
0:35.0	And finally, by the grace of God,
0:37.0	crossed the finish line covered in sweat and sand.
0:40.0	And I remember as I did it, the instructor informed me that I had completed the course
0:44.0	in just under 12 minutes,
0:46.0	which was the minimum requirement to be considered as a Navy Seal.
0:50.0	It's pretty exciting.
0:52.0	Yeah.
0:53.0	But then the instructor said, you know, let me take a shot at it.
0:56.0	And then he proceeded to negotiate the course in under six minutes,
1:01.0	walking leisurely between each obstacle.
1:04.0	And I remember as he did that, I was like, okay.
1:06.0	All right.
1:07.0	You've clearly had more practice.
