Rest is a lifestyle. It's not a transaction. You know, it's not like, oh, I'm stressed. I need a little bit of rest.

That God means to set us up with rest as a way of being. And I thought about that. So, how does rest become this permanent way of being? How does

rest become permanent to us? Yeah. I think that God is making war on worry, anxiety, in the nicest way

possible by giving us rest and saying, practice it every day,

but especially when things are tough, double down on it. Because it's on the tough days that rest

actually takes root in us, you know, because we choose rest.

We choose not to be worried.

We choose not to be anxious.

And so it takes root deeper in us, you know.

It's a devotional lifestyle of resting in the Lord, you know.

And I love that.

Yeah, I think that, you know, we talk about this so often at Brilliant.

And I think we talk about it because in many ways it is the starting point in the kingdom.

You know, Jesus, when he offered us, in that scripture, you quoted earlier,
