0:49.0	In the quiet depths of the night, when the world settles into a gentle hush and the stars twinkle softly overhead,
0:59.5	there is a sacred space where souls seek solace and find rest. It is within this tranquil realm
1:08.6	that we embark on a journey of faith, guided by the timeless
1:13.7	wisdom of Scripture and the comforting presence of our Lord.
1:18.7	For he said to Paul in 2 Corinthians 12, verse 9 in the Good News translation, my grace is all you need, for my power is the greatest when you are weak.
1:35.9	When you are at your very weakest, be assured, dear one, that his grace is going to come to you,
1:47.5	and his strength is going to hold you up and keep you going.
1:51.2	He will not fail you.
1:54.6	He has promised and will be true to his word, faithful and true.
2:02.4	As you lie down to sleep, you will come to sense his grace and know his strength and be refreshed
2:10.5	by his rest. The Holy Spirit will come upon you in a new and real way.
2:18.4	You will find that it's not just a good quality of sleep that you will awaken to and be sustained by.
2:26.6	It is the Holy Spirit of God who will support you and lift you over heavy ground with a lightness that feels like a fluffy cloud.
2:38.8	So, precious one, as you rest, feel his strength infusing you, feel his peace saturating you.
2:49.7	He will do for you what you cannot do for yourself.
