This one is a very unique episode in that I had an opportunity to coach one of the agents that work here at our company and help them to break through some mental barriers that they were having.

I obviously care about our people so much that I felt that a basic conversation wouldn't do here.

I felt that they needed to go experience it, and so what I did was that I actually, it was kind of cool.

I took them through my story.

I took them through my life.

I took them through the ghetto I used to live in, the old apartments

that I used to lived in, and I kind of walked them through step by step

how I came to basically become who I am today. It was a unique experience. I'm glad I caught

it on camera. You're going to notice it's a little bit shaky. It's all done through an iPhone,

yet I genuinely believe that you are going to get an immense amount of value from this episode.
