and we believe that changed attitudes can aid recovery.

Do you take responsibility for your own actions?

Do you take on responsibility for the way others live their lives?

Do you sometimes try to play God?

I know I do.

Today we're going to talk about responsibility and authority as set forth in our

Concepts of Service, Numbers 1 and 2, and they read Concept 1 says the ultimate

responsibility and authority for Al-Anon World Services belongs to the Al-Anon groups.

Two says the Al-Anon family groups have delegated complete administrative and operational authority

to their conference and its service arms.

Before we begin, we would like to state that though we at the Recovery Show may be in a 12-step

program we represent ourselves rather than the program.

During this show, we will share our own experiences as they relate to the topics of concepts one and two.
