Antonia, help! And you didn't hear me. So finally, I threw the pain crawled to my feet.

And then I was laid out on my back on the living room floor for basically five days trying to recover because like my back seized up saw a doctor he said a pinched nerve all this stuff.

I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm getting old already. It's already happening.

I'm having back problems at what I consider a young age,

It's when they used to call it over the hill right because that whole time period where you

Yeah and we were just about to record a podcast and then that happened and then you stayed you stayed on the floor in the living room for four days and were like okay so

you're chill you're good it's healed enough Iced it all that.
