Hello, and welcome back to Sotchiology 101. We're going to

respond to Tom Askell, who is a part of the Founders Ministry. Also Tom Nettles, this book was sent to me

by the founders. I ordered it when it came out. It is a response or an interaction in response to

the traditionalist statement with regard to God's plan of salvation.

As many of you know who've listened to the broadcast for any length of time know that I was a part of the Founders ministry.

It was a part of a church that split off from another church in my hometown.

And we aligned ourselves with the founders.

I've had Tom Nettles, in fact, in my

brother's home, whenever he came and spoke for our church, have a great amount of respect for

both Tom Askell and Tom Nettles. I will say about this book, the part that I've read so far,

that it is, it's an ironic and cordial response.

He is very deferential and very loving in his response.

He sets the right tone and the right example for those who should be having these kinds of discussions.

He gives the respect due to the people who have signed and have created this

traditionalist statement. And even though I disagree with many of his conclusions, as you'll see
