This is Holy Family School of Faith.

Well, welcome to our Rosary meditation.

My Habibi and I are blessed to be at Bill and Catherine Powers home this evening

where they've gathered a number of their friends. We had a great meal, really

good conversation.

And now we're going to pray the Rosary together.

And this is what everyone should be doing.

Getting together with family and friends, having good conversation, and praying together.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

So we've been meditating the last few days on three profound truths in the catacism.

First that all people have a built-in desire for God, because all people were created for

union with Him and nothing less will satisfy. Secondly, that God takes the initiative in this relationship. He reveals himself to man and offers

a total unconditional gift of himself through his son Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the full revelation of God.

And Jesus reveals all that we need to know

to live in that relationship. But Jesus goes further. He offers himself to us in

baptism and the Eucharist so that we can achieve the purpose of our life, union with God.

All that is left, our response.

And our response is what we mean by faith. The catechism says, by his revelation, the invisible God from the

fullness of his love addresses men as his friends and moves among them in order to
