real? Ah, we keep it funky here on P. T. T. M. Give us a real. Tell us how you really feel

Jamar. Well, I think you shared the quote on Twitter, my feet is

tired but my soul is rested and I think that kind of captures it. It's been a

controversial long week which we'll talk about in a minute, but you know it's it's really hard right like we're we're human beings we're emotional beings and

You know on that level I'm very tired I've lost like three days of

productivity so I'm real behind going into the week for some stuff that I didn't I didn't expect or didn't

didn't ask for but in all of that you know my soul is rested because especially in times of adversity gosh shows up

through the support of his saints and so I've actually sensed really strong community right now and that's been helping me out and

helping me get through.
