Summary

Pennsylvania District Attorney Ray Gricar disappeared on a warm spring day, April 15, 2005. He told his live-in girlfriend he was taking off work and going for a drive to Lewisburg. He's seen at least once in town, but that's all. Gricar's red Mini Cooper was found in the parking lot of an antique mall two days later. His work cellphone was found inside. Ray Gricar vanished. Initially, you know, Paddock called our office that night and reported that Ray had gone to,

she thought to the Lowesburg area, to do some shopping, antique shopping and stuff.

And he hadn't returned home yet. Well, initially we thought maybe his car broke down,

something of that nature that he decided to stay overnight. He wasn't feeling well.

So we went down and not we went down, but we initiated some phone calls,

stuff to state police, to Lowesburg police, to Milton State police. You know, telling him,

hey, the certain county district attorney has not come home yet. We think he was in the

Lowesburg area earlier today to where he's supposedly going. And they initiated some searches down there.

So how does he seemingly just drop off the map? A well-known prosecuting attorney.
