Hey everybody, Gerald and Bethany here with a little podcast, just a little one off to

bless the people Bethany.

We're trying to bless these people out here.

We're trying every day, now we're trying through a podcast.

Hey, the goal of what we're going to do in these next few minutes together is just talk

a little bit about emotional health.

And a lot of it's going to be me just asking you Bethany, kind of some definition of terms,

some guidance, and kind of a pathway for people for healing.

Yeah, and I think, you know, I think it's important that we mention that for some, this

is a brand new conversation.

For some people, this is just a beginning point, starting point for them.

And then for others, we know at least in our community that this is kind of a revisit

coming back to stuff that they already have leaned into, but in a deeper and maybe even

different way.

So I think the goal here really is to just cover some resources to offer up just some

basic thoughts that we think can be helpful on ramps to greater healing.

And then some best practices that we've learned, not because we're therapist in any way, shape

or form, but because we've learned over the years, just some good best practices when

it comes to healing and leading into the invitations of the spirit.

And you know, I've always honored Bethany your journey because I've learned so much in

my own life and gone on my journey therapy healing because of what I've learned from you.

So I feel like this is one of those things that you have brought to the Bridgetown family
