Hello and welcome back to Making the Argument. I hope everyone at a great Christmas, Hanukkah,

holiday season. Of course, we have New Year's Day coming up. As you can see, we are not in the

studio right now. We still got people off in different places, visiting family, but we did want to come

together to do a New Year's resolution episode where we're actually going to talk a little bit

about resolving to be more resilient in

2023. And what does that actually mean? Because there's so many times where we get so focused

on the political, the next election cycle, the next presidential election, that we forget that

so many of the problems that we face, so many of the challenges that we have can actually be

effectively addressed by things that we do in our day-to-day

lives and so that's what we want to dedicate this episode to is looking at ways that we can take

more control of our lives without the government going into 2023 all of that coming up on this

episode I am so excited for today's episode because I know that you guys, Nick and Tina,

have been working with your kids. You have some big goals for the next year.

I know you guys know that I always try to be positive.

So when I tell people that there is something they can do, that means they're not going to the top level.

They're not going to the federal government. They're starting with their own lives and changing the things that they can change.

So I'm really excited to talk about today's resolutions.
