And today I've brought back Jim and Lynn Jackson and they're going to help us out with

sibling conflict.

So truthfully, there were times as our kids grew older and as we grew wiser where I truly

did.

It was like, oh, they're having another fight.

There's a week out another opportunity here to help them grow.

But there was almost a certain like, hey, this is cool because conflict is inevitable.

And my role in it can either be constructive or destructive.

And I have an opportunity to be constructive with the things I've learned.

So you asked the question, well, so how do we do that?

And that's where this this four step piece process, which really is, it's a reframing

of a parent's goal from making conflict stop to helping our kids develop joy in their

relationship and a value of true restoration or reconciliation.

Maybe you live in an ideal world and your children never fight, not even on family vacation.

But I have a feeling the opposite is true that your children are human and so are you.

So when you hear them losing it, hurting each other, calling each other names in the other

room, you start to lose it to your blood pressure boils and you just want them to stop.

It, you long for peace in your home.
