yesterday, yesterday was a tough day. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, I work out with a trainer.

And he takes it seriously. The only time I get a break is when he says, you get a break now because

he has to go pee probably, you know, too much coffee in the morning.

Other than that, he just, there's very little downtime.

This is Tuesday I turned 70s. I took my pulse. It was a solo class, not a bunch of people,

just me, okay? And Vaughn machine with him stopping and starting it and telling me what I'm
