Well, I certainly hope that you are having a great day today. It is an honor to be back with you to continue on our journey together through some resolutions that really are going to make a difference in our lives.

To be resolved means that you are deciding to choose a course of

action for your life that you plan to stick by. By the power of the Holy Spirit you

and I can walk forward with some resolutions in our minds and in our hearts that are straight from

the word of God.

He will encourage us, he will empower us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling that he is placed on each one of us.

You'll remember in our first session together we talked about being content.

We labeled that resolution being surprisingly satisfied.

And that's because a woman who's content, she is a surprise.

She is a shock to our culture that always thinks we need to have what we do not have and be

who we are not and live where we don't yet live.

I mean, we are driven to discontent in our culture.

And so a woman who resolves to be surprisingly satisfied will be refreshing to everyone she meets.

And now we move on to the second resolution that I want you to consider.

It's a resolution to be authentically me.

Now as I thought about this resolution, I got to thinking about something that happened just several months ago in my life.

Now you should know that I have three sons and their ages are nine, seven, and three.

Now I have to be honest with you Jerry and I my husband and I we still don't even know how the three-year-old got here

We look at him every day and think how did you get here? He's our little surprise baby and we named him Jude because Jude is as

close as we could get to revelation because it is finished. These three boys take all my time and energy and effort and I'm so

grateful for the gifts that the Lord has given me. But anyone who has small
