Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

It's called to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

And as we do so, let me remind you of our lady's words where she

has repeatedly told us that through the Rosary we can avert wars and natural

disasters so we can really do something avert wars and natural disasters.

So we can really do something good for the world

right in our prayer.

Today we meditate on resisting temptation.

Concupiscence is the term we use to describe a situation we all find ourselves in. Sometimes our feelings push or pull us the wrong way.

This is pretty much what we mean by the word temptation, a disordered passion, the desire to

sin in one way or another.

And temptations can pull us toward an evil we shouldn't do or away from a good thing we should do.

We can have temptations to drink too much.

We can also have temptations to tithe too little.

Temptation is a constant feature of human life.

We all know we shouldn't give in to temptation, but is there anything we can do to get rid of our temptations?

Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
