The first thing to do in this restoration of resilience exercise is to become conscious of your breath.

This is a chance to become more resilient and you'll start this process immediately by

focusing on every breath in and every breath out.

Breathe in and feel the air fill your body.

Breathe out and fill your body begin already to release tension and stress.

Feel the air,

air, fill your body, and then as you exhale, now releasing all of the energy that no longer serves you.

Focus on your physical body now.

If you need to adjust your position to be more comfortable, do that now.

Scan your body looking for areas of tension,
