So we're going to dive into resilience today

Right and it's I think a lot of the podcasts that we've done

We keep kind of touching on all these different facets of character,

um,

of just strength in general.

Like we had one called what's stopping you.

And,

and I think like resilience has sort of been kind of an underlining tone.

Yeah.

And a lot of the things that we've talked about.

And before we sort of,

I guess go down what resilience is and how it's applicable across the board on many different levels, what is resilience to you? When you really just think about the word and what it is to be resilient. What do you think of?

Well, I mean, the first thing that comes to mind is the whole, you know, when you get knocked down, get back up again, right? Like that to me is another way of saying be resilient.

Right. When life, you know, get you down, you're able to pick yourself back up and recover from it

and move on and maybe even potentially be a stronger person for, you know, for living through

whatever you just had to live through. So that's kind of my easy, generic definition.

Oh, it's good. And it's funny because when you,

when you look at it, like the definitions of it is there's sort of like two definitions and they

parallel each other. One is the real literal definition of a material matter, like a memory foam or
