I do. I don't think they want to. I don't think it was the plan to spend. But I do think that John Henry is

nothing, if not reactionary to market conditions and fan unrest. He usually responds and usually reacts

when his fans are antsy and nothing gets him answer than

a last place finish so i think he will react he will respond and he will spend and maybe even

bring back bogarts and devers and get him both done this offseason and go add somebody and do

what you want make you happy and uh so i think that's what's going to happen.

And my other takeaway is that John Henry, nor anyone from ownership, was at the press

conference today, which has bothered some people.

It doesn't bother me because I'm more bothered by the fact that John Henry is an absentee

owner, which is what I think he is.

I think he cares less about the socks than he used to.

And is not nearly as emotionally invested in the product as he once was.

And it's really now more than ever just a line in a portfolio.

That's what bothers me.

And even if Henry had showed up today, I still think that's where he's at.

So whether he shows up or not means nothing to me.

Because I think that he's divested himself from this team emotionally

where he once was and and that I think is just I just think that's the reality of the situation

but that doesn't mean that he won't react to you and he won't react to the fact and I think
