Hi Maggie. Hi Brent.

Hey, Peter. How you doing? Thanks for being with us. So, you know, we've been talking when you've been both been on, you know, over the course of really a good part of last year and into the new year that this is a really tough at that time's confusing investing environment we're in, right? There's a lot of noise, a lot of conflicting signals, just people are really unsure, hard to see into the future.

So we wanted to take the opportunity this week to take a step back and talk about the process and thinking

that goes into the great analysis that you both do and help we help our viewers

feel a little bit more confident about how they can use research to be smarter investors and maybe to deal with some of this

sort of anxiety and uncertainty we all feel. So we're so pumped that you could be with us. It's a little different,
