Hey, so how are you doing?

I gotta be honest, it's interesting and tough recording this podcast at this time, and by

this time I mean, in the middle of a global pandemic, well, the definition of pandemic

is that it's global.

It's getting more and more serious as the day goes on, and even though there are a lot

of naysayers, this is a real serious thing, and with that said, there seem to be two different

kinds of experiences with what's happening right now, I mean more than two, but for

some, this isn't actually a difficult time.

It's almost a bit of a vacation, getting to work from home, connecting with people,

more free time, and a lot of people seem to be enjoying it.

And to be totally honest, I'm probably more in that camp than one of suffering, that I

do a lot of my work from home already, and it has given me more time to do stuff, and

connect in a way and practice in a way that I don't always get the time to do.

I have my various concerns about family and just what is going on with the world right

now in general, so there is that kind of pain, but directly in terms of my lifestyle, it's

not a huge shift, so there's a lot of people in that category.
